Face masks are gradually coming back into style, with various new masks hitting the market daily. However, we believe none can compare to the beloved Rhassoul Clay. Sourcing the clay proves its difference among the competition, as it is the only clay to come from the Atlas Mountains. It surpasses other clay masks as it has the highest content of Silicia, Magnesium, Potassium and calcium. This only fuels the masks absorption properties, as it acts as a magnet when applied to skin, withdrawing all toxins and replacing with highly beneficial materials.

We love to get the best out of the products we personally buy, and know this is a shared feeling between all those who love to take care of their skin and health. This week, we’ll be explaining all the different ways you can use Rhassoul Clay to help your skin look and feel its best. The RC provides a list of uses, three of which we swear by when in the shower. Find out more about how you can get your RC fix here.

Clay masks have been around for centuries, but the quality is highly determined by its location. Different areas of the world create uniquely different clay due to the ecological changes over zillions of years. This is not fairly new information, as even taking a look at Himalyan salt, its properties far outweigh its competitors. The Rhassoul Clay is filled with Silicia, Magnesium and Potassium, but we know for ourselves that its no use reading words on a screen - for the Rhassoul Clay, you must try it to experience its unique feel during application, and after.

To use the mask, we recommend using a non-metallic bowl and spoon to prepare the mix. Add a teaspoon of Rhassoul Clay with water to bowl and mix, adding water till it becomes a smooth paste. Apply onto the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on until the skin starts to tingle. We recommend leaving to set for 5-10 minutes, but every skin is different!. As it sets, you will begin to feel a magnetic pull from the clay and a tingling sensation- this means its working! When your skin begins to tingle, rinse off the clay with warm water and your face will feel clean and smooth instantly. Don’t take our word for it - try it! You will fall in love...

Rhassoul Clay works as a deep cleanser, extracting impurities from the skin, and even the scalp. Those who suffer from dandruff will tell you its no easy feat to get rid of flakes for good. However, the RC's natural cleansing abilities even extend to minimising dandruff, and - after long term use - getting rid of the condition for good.

To treat dandruff with Rhassoul Clay, we recommend mixing 40g of RC with approximately 70ml water, then apply to the hair. Leave on for a few minutes and let it reap in all the natural goodness. Once in the shower, start gradually adding water as you massage the scalp and work the product through from your roots to end, gently cleansing the hair. Rinse out and continue regular use to see long term effects and a flake free scalp!

The RC can even be used as a natural body wash. Simply mix a large quantity of clay with water, till it creates a healthy paste, then move to a nearby jar or tub. Once in the shower, apply the mixed clay to the body and rub all over. Finally, rinse with water and voila; chemical-free never felt so good...
